Wedding & Banquet Beverage Options

At Trilogy at Vistancia, we offer three options for arranging drinks:

Cash Bar
The Kiva Club is happy to arrange a Cash Bar for all of your guests for pre-ceremony, post-ceremony, and the reception.  Special requests can be fulfilled upon request.

Hosted per drink
The Kiva Club can work with you to create a set of options for your guests to enjoy at their leisure.  Specific types or brands of drinks can be included or omitted at your discretion, and we can also handle portions of the evening a la carte and other portions hosted.  

Hosted per hour
If you feel like your guests may “get into the party” a bit, your best option may be a per person per hour hosted bar, and then you’ll know exactly what the bill will be at the end of the evening.  Like above, specific types or brands of drinks can be included or omitted at your discretion, and we can also handle portions of the evening a la carte and other portions hosted.

• Imported Beers       $4++
• Cordials & Liqueurs  $7++ and up

Package Bar Service – hosted per hour

For your convenience, we offer package bar pricing which is a set price per guest, per hour, for a full selection of beverages.  This pricing does not include a Champagne Toast or Bottle Wine Service during a meal. Prices below are per guest.

• Each Additional Hour
• Well        $5++
• Call         $6.50++
• Premium  $8++

Domestic Keg: $250
Margarita Machine: $500 for 4 hours 

*Current state tax and service charge will be added to all hosted beverage selections.  All prices are subject to change based on market conditions.
