Trilogy at Vistancia is devoted to making your dream wedding become a reality. To help make planning a cinch, we offer a variety of packages ranging from basic to inclusive. Options begin with the “Simply Yours” package, and then upgrades are available to three additional selections which include a variety of upgrades such as preferred linen, hosted bar, room for more guests, and more. The “Simply Yours” Package – starting from only $2,500
The Simply Yours Package comes complete with everything you need for a fabulous Reception experience, including:
- Reception seating for up to 150 guests
- Additional seating available for $6 per guest (up to 220 total)
- Full setup and take down of reception, including placement of table name cards, wedding favors and selected décor upon prior approval
- Four hours of venue access for the reception (latest 12:00am)
- Fifteen 72” round tables can seat up to ten guests each
- Choice of skirted head table, sweetheart or 72” round tables
- White 90” lap-length table linens
- Tall, comfortable banquet chairs
- Built-in 400 square foot dance floor
- Use of the grounds and clubhouse for photographs along with photo transportation
- Catering Sales Team to assist in all your planning needs including customized:
- Setup
- Floor plan
- Event Timeline
- Professional Wedding Attendant on site during function
- Vendor Recommendations
- Ceremony package for up to 150 guests available for an additional $975
- Additional guests available for $3 per guest (up to 220 total)
The “An Evening to Remember” package is an additional $1,500, and includes everything in the “Simply Yours” package, plus:
- Ceremony package for up to 150 guests
- Additional guests available for $3 per guest (up to 220 total)
- Choice of arch during Ceremony
- Cash bar throughout reception
- Access to the Tewa Patio for cocktail hour following ceremony
- Venue for 6 hrs from beginning of ceremony to end of reception (latest 12:00am)
- Upgraded linen package including:
- Floor-length table linen in your choice of solid color
- Chair sash in your choice of solid color
- Upgraded napkins in your choice of color
- Complimentary scheduled ceremony rehearsal
The “A Dream Come True” package is an additional $3,000, and includes everything in the “An Evening to Remember” package, plus:
- Ceremony and Reception seating for up to 220 guests
- Complimentary valet parking
- Upgraded Bar Services
- Hosted Champagne toast
- Cash bar available during the rest of the evening
- Upgraded event linens
- Floor-length table linen in your choice of solid color with solid overlay in your choice of color
- Solid chair cover and sash in your choice of color
- Upgraded napkins in your choice of color
